Jazz Musician Ron Levy
Ron Levy is an organist, composer and producer. In 2005, his CD Finding My Way
was my top soul jazz disc of the year based on how he expanded the
genre, brought in unexpected instrumentation, varied the groove without
ever leaving the pocket, and produced and arranged it so meticulously. |

Organist Nick Rossi
Nick Rossi produced one of 2006's most kickin' jazz combo recordings, On the Outset.
He never takes a pause for the ballad cause! Because the world doesn't
really need another organ trio recording of "Have You Never Been
Mellow?," we salute him! |

Rhyme Zone
While there are thousands of reference sites for writers, I find myself
visiting here most often. It's one stop shopping for rhymes, synonyms,
related words, quotations and other useful stuff. |

Organist Adam Scone
Adam Scone is a modern Hammond Hero and keyboard player deserving much
wider recognition. He explores new territory while keeping one foot
rooted firmly in the funk. Organist with Sugarman 3, Adam also has
three CDs out under his own name, available from this site and worth
the price of listening admission. |

feel guilty and hire him for a paying gig. |

Mr. Boffo by Joe Martin
Joe Martin somehow puts out several comic strips a day, yet the quality
of his humor rarely slips. My fave is Mr. Boffo, a sort of everyman
shlub who, like Larry David, can never be in a situation so bad that it
can't be made worse. Check out the "People Unclear on the Concept"
series strips which are almost always a hoot. |
